The Thang
IPC Week 0: Kasula up and down for 45 minutes. 5 burpees, then Thrusters until the One Minute timer sounds. Repeat—seemingly without end—until we ran out of time.

Two observations.
First, it would be better to bunch all the PAX who have signed up for IPC at one site each week. Could pick a central site like Trojan or Ranch. Better than dragging everyone through workouts they chose not to sign up for. JMO and I come in peace.
Second, there was a leadership failure during the COT. Regret this and I’m still chewing on it.
