The Thang
Every Pax (but one) holds a position or does the same exercise while one Pax is doing 15 reps of a exercise. A different Pax calls out an exercise after each full rotation.
- Hold = Al Gore, Go = Step Ups
- Hold = Plank, Go = Merkins
- Hold = Calf Raises, Go = Squats
- Hold = Al Gore, Go = SSH
- Hold = Plank, Go = Gas Pumpers
- Hold = Half Superman’s, Go = Dry Docks
From the start line, a mode of transportation is done to the end. Bear crawl back to start line.
- High knees
- Butt kicks
- Side shuffle right
- Side shuffle left
- Mosey to stage
At Stage
- People’s Chair, 15 count per Pax
- Balls to the Wall, 15 count per Pax
- Deconstructed Burpees, 2 rounds
- in groups of two, one groups does merkins, the second group does thrusters, the third group does squats
- Rotate exercises per group until all have been completed
