The Thang
3 sets - 30 squats, 30 American hammers, 15 gas pumpers, after completed cycle … 25 side straddle hops, followed by twenty seconds holds of downward dog and child’s pose; 3 sets - 25 hanging leg ups, 25 each leg side lunges, 25 big boy sit ups, after completed cycle … 25 side straddle hops, followed by twenty second holds of downward facing dog and child’s pose; 2 sets of 90 second hangs, 30 dips (second set of hangs was actually for sixty seconds); mosey back to flag.
