The Thang
"Hamburg Hustle Circuit"
You’ll rotate between 5 stations. Each station = 7 minutes. Use a timer. Roll through the exercises until the 7 mins is up then move to the next station.
Station 1: Pavilion next to bandstand
Perform a cycle of:
10 Step-ups IC (each leg), 10 Derkins, 10 Bulgarian Split Squats (each leg), 10 Dips
AMRAP (as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes)
Station 2: Baseball outfield
Sprint across field (appx 50 yards), 10 Jump Squats, Sprint back, 10 Merkins
AMRAP (as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes)
Station 3: Playground Pavilion
20 Flutter Kicks, 10 Box jumps, 15 LBCs, 10 step-ups
Station 4: Playground
10 Hanging knees-to-chest, 5 pullups, 20 underdogs
Station 5: Baseball Diamond
At each base:
Home Plate: 10 Burpees
First Base: 10 Merkins IC
Second Base: 20 Big Boy Sit-Ups (re-named for today: Bedbug’s Bane)
Third Base: 30 Squats
We were able to each take turns Qing an exercise at each station. Worked out well! By the end we were walking between stations....
