Warm-up
stretches, arm cirlces (10 OYO), circle arms (10 OYO), overhead press (10 IC), seal claps (10 IC), merkins (10 SC)
mosey to the drainage retention area (looking for a hill).
Circle up to finish the warm-up with Motivators from 7.
The Thang
4: We still had 14 minutes left, so that was our rep count for the Thang. The Q broke out the deck of cards and brown paper bag. We circled up and booboo had the honor of drawing the first card. There was a list on the brown bag that matched cards and exercises. After a PAX selected a card they lead that exercise for the rep count of 14 (either IC, SC, or however). After the exercise we took a mosey up and down to the first intersection. We had time to draw 7 different cards.
