Gobbler's Revenge (Modified As Needed)
60 minutes of laddered exercises with a 1/4 mile run between each. We did not run with the coupons but they were waiting for us at each exercise.
R1 - 10 OH squats
R2 - R1+20 hands-free merkins
R3 - R1-2 + 30 block swings
R4 - R1-3 + 40 front squats
R5 - R1-4 + 50 OH presses
R6 - R1-5 + 60 rows
There were 4 more but with couple pax on the Burpee Express, we modified as needed, just about finishing 6 rounds.
