The Thang
Session 1/coupon land: Coupon curls, goblin squats, bench press. Three rounds of the 3 exercises, rifle carry in between rd 1 and 2, lunge walk in between rd 2 and 3.
Intermission: Painful jog to far parking lot and back.
Session 2/Core muscle jawn: High plank position Count’o’rama (6 count per pax), high side planks (same count sequence per side), low plank Count’o’rama (no side planks).
Session 3/The Wall: People’s chair 100 count (10 count per pax for two separate counts). People’s chair with intermittent seal claps and overhead claps (same 100 count total).
