The Thang
Blimps, Cocaine bear crawl(put your nose to the white line, 10 lunges, Cocaine bear crawl to the next line, imperial walkers 10, Cocaine bear crawl to the next white line,10 merkins, Cocaine bear crawl to the next white line,10 plank Jakes,, Cocaine bear crawl to the next white line,10 squats.Next run to BB Court for deconstructed plank destroyers,maktares?,merkins,plank Jakes, shoulder taps.Then Biscuit AKA Bisquick led us in a regular deconstructed plank jack 12 count (above my pay grade).Next run half way up the hill for Wilt Chamberlain's 100 flutter kicks,run to the top of hill for100 squats.Run back to the middle of the hill for 100 lunges(50 each leg),run back to the top of the hill for 100 LBCs.Then for upper body 50 hand release merkins.High plank for some isometrics.Ran back to base for COT.Quote of the day...When you compare you despair (Mother Theresa of Calcutta).Great morning,thx for putting up with my old guy jokes.LH.
