Starting from the top with Casey Kasums, finishing with merkins/peter parkers/mtn climbers on the ground 10 minutes later
The Thang
Full Body Station Workout
5 Stations around the park, each addresses the following: LEGS, CORE, UPPER BODY. Once completed, we immediately mosey on to the next station.
KEY POINTS:
* We don't have to go fast but we will not stop for the next 45 minutes
* We must keep together
* Let's see how many completions we can do in an hour. Addendum: as it happened we were only able to complete 1 3/5th rotations until we ran out of time.
The stations/exercises were as follows, 10 in cadence of each:
A: Merkins/LBCs/Squats - Shovel Flag
B: Bench lifts/gas pumpers/dips - Pavilion
C: Decline merkins/flutter kicks/step ups - Playground
D:Wall sit/BTTW/Australian wife pleasers - Stage
E: Obstacle Course (encompassing three muscle groups) Start back at the pavilion and go straight to American Rd and back. Obstacles include a steep hill, 4ft wall, traffic guardrails, more hills, and back again.
