quick warmup on the ice! Got the heart rate up and we were good to go.
The Thang
4 Corner workout, chest and Ab focus (come on what did you expect?)
Corner 1: 5 wide merkins, 10 diamond merkins, 15 merkins
5 heals to heaven, 10 freddys, 15 flutters (miss you Kevin)
Corner 2: at the playground. Three sets of the following: pull-ups to failure + 20 step-up IC. Mix in underdogs if preferred.
Corner 3: repeat of the first corner, but ab exercises were dealers choice. Tried to get PJ man to lead the mosey to the 4th corner. No success.
Corner 4: Dip pyramid
