Hurdle stretch, calf stretch
The Thang
Flew solo this morning. 2.5+ mile trail run with the following mixed in: 100 merkins, 50 squats, 20 no surrenders.
Moseyed to the BB court and ran suicide drill. Followed by cross court karaoke left and right, lunge walk, nur twice the court length, 20 V-ups, 50 American hammers. Moseyed over to the playground and did the following: 10 under dogs, 10 ab rollouts, 25 LBC's, 25 dips and 6 inches for 1 minute.
