Another awesome turnout for FBTF. Special shoutout to the HIMs that led a workout station (Dropbox, Dial Up, Capone, McGruber, Dr. Luck, & Sooner), to Dr. Seuss for delivering an inspiring message & to Downsize for coordinating the food. Thanks to all who came out and did not get discouraged by some water drops. Looking forward to doing it again next year!
Warm-up
- Burpees (5), SSH, Abe Vigodas, Low Plank Peter Parkers, Mountain Climbers, Imperial Walkers, Hill Billy’s, Motivators (down from 5)
- Briefly talked about Shield Locks and the importance of Men’s fellowship through communication and holding each other accountable in life
The Thang
Basketball Court
- Bear Crawl to collect color beads at center court, performed 10 reps of exercise based on bead color and amount gathered (Bonnie Blairs, Pulse Squats, Lunges, Burpees)
Playground
- Partner up Tabatha workout
- Dunkin’s, Wheelbarrow merkins, Assisted Pull Ups, Balls to your Brother (balls to the wall variation)
Grass Area
- Same rep/counting structure as 10 rep Motivator with the following 4 exercises
- Jackknife Crunch, Side Hip Raise Right, Big Boys, Sid Hip Raise Left
Basketball Court
- Pair Up, one PAX does SSH while the other one runs heart chargers to mid-court, keep trading positions until time is up
