mosie to Sacony creek bridge: incline merkins, calf stretches, dips. Mosie to corner at Hippert property: 15 each in cadence merkins, squats and LBC’s. Mosie back to bridge to repeat 1st bridge set. Mosie to back side of barn for post workout: curls and overhead arm lifts. Mosie up ally to top of hill. 15 each in cadence: Carolina merkins, baby crunches, squats. Mosie back down to barn for post workout repeat. Finish with food and fellowship hot dogs, burgers and compliments.
