Barn bridge: sprint to top bare crawl back then hammers, knee to top bear crawl back then LBC’s, broad jump to top mosie back for bicycles
Brick workout: 2 reps curls, squats, air push ups then 15 count arms out to side
100 yard Orchard hill workout: 3 reps sprint to top merkins in cadence mosie to bottom for burpees
