Fall Trail Run

It was a beautiful fall day for a run through the woods! Some pax (who will remain nameless) were wondering why there weren’t more sets of exercises to break up the running. It didn’t help that the Q teased them with more breaks, but never delivered!

The Thang
We ran the trail towards Port Clinton.
Stop 1: Merkens, LBC, Squat jumps
Stop 2: 6 inches; 7 Motivators; Shoulder taps cadence
Stop 3: WW2s; Forward Lunges cadence; Randys (With arms straight out but with palms faced down, move arms up and down 6 to 12 inches in cadence.)
Stop 4: Freddie Mercuries; Apollo Ohnos (Speed Skater style side hops); Carolina Dry Docks
