Warm-up

Dynamic stretching.  SSH.  LBCs.  Plank jacks.  American Knockouts.  THE THANG: Thang 1: In groups of 3, 1 coupon to top of garage.  One partner carries coupon up or down stairs.  One partner runs top of garage, always facing North.  One partner rotates through 10 LBCs, 10 Plank Jacks, 10 American Knockouts.  Pax on stairs is the "timer" for the team to rotate through the different "stations".  Thang 2: Mosey to center of campus.  Find a new partner.  One partner does 10 inverted rows on hand rail while partner completes squats (regular, narrow, wide, curtsey).  Flapjack.  4 rounds.  Thang 3: Mosey to fountain.  Using the low wall... side step ups x12 right, x12 left.  Hamstring curls x12 both legs, x10 right leg, x10 left leg.  MARY: Mosey to hill.  Partner up.  One partner runs backwards up to crosswalk, forwards back to partner who is doing Raggedy Andy.  Flapjack.  Mosey back to flag.  ANNOUNCEMENTS: OP Summit lunch at Gates BBQ on Friday 1/31.  Dive Bar Thursday at Roni's 2/2.  COT: 27 days into a modified version of 75 Hard, I'm not seeing the results I was hoping for.  Discouraging.  But I committed to the Challenge and will stay the course.  Onward!
