The Thang
Mosey to Hole #1 tee box and do 10x of:
- Merkins (SC)
- Monkey Humpers (IC)
- LBCs (IC)
- Burpies (OYO)
- American Hammers (IC)
- Squats (SC)
Then various modes of transport (high knees, butt kickers, karaoke, backwards, mosey) to each disc golf basket and repeat.
1 tee box plus 9 baskets would be 100, and we were on track to finish all of them - right up until the PAX pointed out that it's a 45 minute workout, not 60.
