The Thang
Roll the foam die to randomly select a workout. Each PAX rolls the die once per round. Work through the three rounds, and at the end, go for a mozy around the parking lot, (did not complete the circle for round 3) circle back to the first round to begin again.
Red numbers 1 and 4 can either do the designated workout or pick one of their own.
