Deuce Memorial Beatdown
Main
Saturday morning, F3 crystallized. Anywhere in the flux, this community is abundant. Was thinking back to the pic of the PAX at Hot Shot's wedding; many posted to support and take part in his special day. At the Ranch Saturday, so many showed up, some who'd met Deuce once, or not at all, to do the same. Great stories and thoughts shared. And food, of course. For the beat down, we took a few 'Deuce' memories, with Ranch HIMs taking each segment.

ACCOUNTABILITY: With the exception of Copay, the entire Beehive contingent was late - because it's just sooo far away. We opted to do circle burps all the way around. A great way to start the morning!
The Thang
(part deux):
Deuce's Killer Hill Work (lead by Drop Box)
Split into 2 groups, at the bottom of the 3-Headed monster.
Group A: Bear crawl and do 5 burpees at each level x 3 and make your way back down the slippery slope. This was fun for many, especially Dos Equis who made a 3rd base stealing head-first slide at the bottom.
Group B: Bear crawl 30 yards to the other side of the field and bear crawl back.
After one complete round, A and B swap tasks. Plenty of sweat, grass, grunting. Then over to the stage for 30 Monkey Humpers, 30 squats. Finished with a Nur up the hill to the portapotty, now officially named Deuce's Throne (thanks Biscuit!)
Mary
Plank for a 5 count all the way around, at which time we were asked to take a few moments to consider our blessings (lead by Scallop)
Announcements

Circle of Trust
32 attended, from the Valley, Indian Valley, Princeton. We're here to spur each other on, lift each other up. Prayers and praises for victories and challenges. We lifted up Slice's family as he'd just lost his little sister.
COFFETERIA: Thanks to those who brought food and drink to share. Great time just to catch up as we had so many. And then, several PAX shared their thoughts and experiences with Deuce. Difficult to find words to describe. As mentioned, you cannot find this community anywhere else. I am so blessed and thankful to be a part of if.
