The Thang
2 teams of 5 - 5 exercises and sprinting. One team kicks off (throw or kick the football). Each member of that team does one of the exercises. The other team sprints for the ball and brings it back to stop the exercises. Then the teams switch. Rotating kicker and exercises. Record total reps for score. The exercises included.
