Christmas Workout Bombed ?

SSH, Peter Parkers, Imperial Walkers, Parker Peters, Grass Pickers, Plank Jacks, Monkey Humpers, Merkins
Broga- Kasey Kasems, reach the ground, reach for left toe, right toe. Repeat.

Balloony Tunes-
Stay in parking lot. Partner up. One balloon between each partner. They must keep the balloon suspended. If it touches the ground=5 Hand Release Merkin penalty. The balloon popped, so we didn’t get to do this workout. Maybe better to do this in the summer so the balloon won’t pop so easily.

Mosey to coupons for musical coupons. Just like musical chairs, the coupons will be arranged in a circle. There is one missing coupon. There are four coupons arranged in a square forming a perimeter. The PAX must keep outside of the four corners. The music will play. When the music stops, the PAX must find a coupon. The person left w/o a coupon gets to do 10 burpees and Al Gore to the last PAX.

Copay was the champion!!! Jackknife was the runner up :ok_hand:

Silent Plight-
Mosey to stage. Wall sits. PAX must each sing a line to Silent Night. If they mess it up- 5 Mike Tysons. Well this didn’t go as planned. My instructions weren’t clear so the result was a average at best.

Mosey to parking lot for Welsh Dragon. Alligator crawls to lines in the parking lot. Each line reached the PAX does ascending Merkins . We got to a little bit past halfway through the parking lot before calling it quits. The PAX were spent. Spoiler got the furthest. Good job everyone! Welsh dragon is a Tuffy. Way to go spoiler!
