Fire: hand release merkins, foot release squats, side core work all done in 4 count to the relaxing sounds of Dropkick Murphy and friends.
Throwing: Coupon toss backward overhead then side throws and finally, shot put. The held competition for each.

Enter 2026 - grab another pinecone and put all your 2026 intentions in a pinecone and then toss into the fire as a fire offering to God.
