Pre-Ruck: 2 for the full pre-ruck, 1 was late and didn't get the full pre-ruck in

Warm-up
Stretches, Overhead Press (7 IC), T Claps (8 IC), Seal Claps (9 IC), Moroccian Night Clubs (10 IC), Michael Phelps (10 OYO), WGS, Abe Vigotas (10 IC), Merkins (10 SC), across the parking lot high knees, butt kickers, karoke (both ways), Nur, and Toy Soliders.
The Thang
We Circled up around the buckets and did a count-o-rama. Each PAX got a number, which was committed to memory. The Q explain todays game.
The Q would call a number. That PAX would be "it". The IT man would grab the buckets (one was 45# the other 60#) and run around the outer circle. The remaining PAX would have to do 3 Burpees. After completing 3 Burpees they would have to chase or catch the PAX with the buckets. Once the IT man was caught we would hold plank until the SIX.
Once the SIX was in we would perform some sort of exercise depending on where we stopped. The exercises we completed through the "game" were as follows
- Overhead Presses (10 IC) (5 times)
- Merkins (10 SC) (2 Times)
- Hangtime for 90 seconds
- Mike Tysons (5 IC)
- Staggered Merkins (10 IC) (2 Times)
- Bobby Hurlies (15 OYO)
- Peoples Chair (5 second count each PAX)
- Step Ups (15 IC each leg)
Each time the exercises were completed a new number would be called and a new PAX would run with the buckets. Once each PAX could a "turn" carrrying the buckets the Q upped the Burpees to 4.
Each PAX was able to carry the buckets 2 times whether they liked it or not!
