The Thang
fast walked/ shuffled around the park to the pool field.
We Did exercises to work each part of the body.
Lunges walked down one side of the pool field, Bear crawled across, Side stepped down the other side then Lung walked to starting point.
Went to the Sound Stage: Dips 15 IC, Low Plank ( 20 count each) Half Supermans 15 IC, Australian Snow Angels 15 IC, Derkins 15 IC, Peoples Chair (25 count each) , Low Plank Peter Parkers 15 IC, Step Ups 10 Each leg IC, Moseyed up the Grass Hill and Back down to the Pavilion.
Using the Table/ Shoulder Shrugs 15 IC, Gas Pumpers 15 IC, Flutter Kicks 15 IC, Table Bench press:10 OYO. MOSEYED BACK TO THE SHOVEL FLAG FOR 6 MINUTES OF MARY.
