Mosey to Death Valley, light stretching before IPC week 4!
The Thang
This was supposed to take less than an hour? Bert WOD is out of control. We all carried a coupon to the field. Cones set up at 5,10,15,20 and 100 yards.
1. 50 burpees, murder bunny to 5 yards. Mosey to 100, back to 5, reverse murder bunny back to start.
2. 100 merkins, murder bunny to 10 yards, mosey to 100 and back, reverse MB back to start
3. 150 lunges (the easy way), MB to 15 yards, mosey to 100 and back, reverse MB to start.
4. 200 air squats, MB to 20 yards, mosey to 100 and back, reverse MB to start.
5. SUPPOSED to repeat no.3, then no.2, then finish with 50 burpees. But we were left with only 10 mins left so we went back to the band stand for Mary

Q left early, PAX opted for a Q point instead of Mary. Classic!
