Warm-up

Active warm-up with a mosey to the pavilion. In the pavilion Arm Circles (10 IC), Neck Rolls (5 OYO), Mountain Climbers (15 IC), SSH (20 IC), Grass Pickers (10 IC), Monkey Humpers (10 IC), Abe Vigotas (10 IC), ending with Motivators from 10!

The Thang

Start with the Pain Train. Indian Run around the park with the last man dropping for a burpee and sprinting to the front. Return to the Pavilion.
Backs to the wall for peoples chair (10 count per pax), Mike Tysons (10 IC), BTTW (5 count per PAX)- 2 rounds
Another round of Pain Train.
Return to the Pavilion, but pick up a coupon and matt per PAX from the Q's trunk.
Partner up for some eye contact exercises. The partners pefromed the exercises together making full (and completely akward) eye contact
