The Thang

The Q saw that the town of Alburtis had an Adult Egg Hunt, intriguing idea. The Q spread out 60 different Easter eggs. There were 15 different exercises, with 4 different rep counts for each exercise. The PAX would line up at the grasses edge, when the Q gave the signal, the PAX would sprint to find an egg. Once all the PAX returned with an egg we would Crack them open. Each PAX would lead during their exercise.

1. Merkins 10/20/30/40
2. Mountain Climbers 10/20/30/40
3. SSH 10/20/30/40
4. X Jacks 10/20/30/40
5. LBC 10/20/30/40
6. BBSU 10/20/30/40
7. Burpees 10/20/30/40
8. Over head press 10/20/30/40
9. Motivators 7/10/7/10
10. Repeat (kinda like a UNO card)
11. OYO (get to pick your own exercise and rep count)
12. Recover for 10 count

We did 3 rounds. The last round was 30 Overhead presses, 40 burpees, 10 count Motivators, 10 merkins, 10 count Motivators, and 10 hand release circle burpees... that is a strong Finish if I ever saw one!!!!!!
