The Thang
Raining so off to the pavilion.6 stations,core,4 weights, isometrics.A pax at each station,5 rounds :Core rounds,20 Freddy Mercury,20 Big boys,20 flutter kicks,20 LBCs,20 scissors.Weight rounds,3 were dump bells,1 was kettle bell .2 of the dumb Bell rounds were 5 lbs. weights,one round was an 8 lbs weight.We did 5 exercise at each station,over head presses, squats,side shoulder lifts,chops,side swings.For the kettle bell round we did dead lifts,swings, goblet squats,lunges,hammers,it was a 20 lbs kettlebell.For the isometrics,we did planks,back planks,leg lifts and hold wall sits,side planks.Between each round we moseyed or rucked.
