A Log, a Whiteboard, and allot of Burpees!

EBS: 4 PAX for 2 miles for a mosey over the ice and threw the woods, to the shovel flag we go!

Combo Time- (testing everyone coordination at 5:30am at 9*F) Air Presses while Calf Raising (10 SC), Air Circles while Squating (10 SC), Circle Arming while butt kicking (10 OYO).

A Log, a whiteboard, and burpees. This particular PAX felt the need to get creative and was inspired to bring out his own playground toys (Thanks Heisenburg, lol).
The theme is DISRUPTION. Inspiring movement from the Status Quo to an area of Advantage for other (not only advantage for the leader). We will perform a series of exercise that spell DISRUPTION. The exercises will be AMRAP. The timer will be two PAX traveling with the cedar log around the pavilion. Once the PAX arrive back to the starting location the exercises stop, but an ascending count of Burpees being. Every time a two PAX arrive with the log and the static exercise stop an addition burpee is added to the total. Constant movement, but period of recovery mosey while carrying a log with another man. What better way to spend a Thursday morning with a real feel of -2000*C.
