Mosey to bandstand: Captain Thor: 1 Big Boy Sit up: 4 American Hammers up to 5 Big Boys: 20 American Hammers: WMD: 5 each of Wide, Regular, and Diamond Merkins then down to 1 of each. Mosey to the dugouts: Quadraphilia 2 minutes; Morning call: form two lines, Pull ups or hang, everyone else plank.
Mosey to the Playground: 3 sets of 15 underdogs, 15 Merkins and 15 squats.
Mosey to the pavilion, elevens- step ups and dips

Porkchop- good health report; Picasso- brother, Steve, is battling cancer; Swoop- girlfriend’s father had a stroke but seems to be doing well; Pocahantas’s mother-in-law had hip surgery; Teardrop- had surgery in the morning.
