7th Manniversary!

It was a great morning with a great turn out and even a couple FNGs who gave into the Emotional Headlock. It was awesome that we had other Pax from the Lehigh Valley and Valley Forge regions come out. We split the Qing responsibilities between Swoop, Myra, and Picasso. They each came prepared for rain or shine. We had neither, just gloom!

Thanks to all for your contributions for the coffeeteria following the beatdown. beaker even joined us via FaceTime! Though we were all puzzled why he was in his comfortable kitchen instead of at a beatdown! It has been reported that porkchop came down with a hernia after this beatdown, though the rumors haven’t been confirmed.

Myra Monopoly created by beaker: the bandstand is our game board. Each PAX his own game piece/token. 12 stations set up, each with their own “action”, the first station is simply GO!

PAX roll a die in the center of the bandstand and starting at GO! Move the number that was rolled. Perform the exercise at that station. Then roll again and continue just like real monopoly. One point every time you pass GO!

Jail: roll a 6, go to jail. (Burpees) you then roll again, moving from jail (not your previous location). Do not pass GO! When going to jail.

Examples of other game board locations: 20 merkins (of your choice), 20 coupon curls, run a lap around bandstand

Picasso’s Team pax: everyone gets a partner and a coupon.
Round 1:
The partner with the coupon does: 15 shoulder press- 15 curls- 15 squats. Then plank until your partner runs comes back. Then switch.
The runner does 10 yds of each for a total of 30 yards: lunge squat- bear crawl- side Shuffle. Then run back.

Round 2
With a partner do 20 yards of Plow boys- 20-squirtins- switch positions and repeat back to the starting line .

Round 3
One partner does 20 yards of Murder bunnies while the other partner does LBCs, then switch; Then the first partners does brick layers and the other partner does v ups and then switch.

Ditto’s Mom and dad are failing. (Ditto’s mom passed). Bedbug- successful surgery on hand, and no cancer!
