Set 3: Sprint/jog, 5 Derken, 10 Flutter kicks, 15 Dips (IC), 20 Peter Parkers, 25 Step ups (IC)
Set 4: Karaoke, Side shuffle, Mosey, 5 Wide Merkin, 10 American hammers (IC), 15 Alternating Reverse Lunges (IC), 20 Mountain Climbers (IC), 25 Overhead claps (IC)
