The Thang
first corner- 15-incline merkins, bear crawl up and down hill. Second corner- 10 pull-ups- 15 under dogs, 20 squats. Third corner-20 bird dogs, 20 heal touches. Forth corner- 15 front squats. Small trail run across the black Bridge and back with some side and back squats on both sides. We went back to the bandstand for 15-calf rasise.
