first corner 25 inclined merkins, 25 squats. Second corner 25 under dogs, 15 step ups, 25 dips. Third corner 15 lunges 20 calf rasise 20 decline merkins. Forth corner- Lunge walk to first speed bump, side shuffle to second speed bump.
25 block curls, then ran around tennis court. 25 block press, 15 one arm block merkins. Second lap around park- bear crawl, 8 count around the clock merkins. Second corner pull ups. And Elvis joined on the pull ups. 25 heals to heaven. Went back to bandstand and 20 count wall sits.
