4 corner workout. First corner- 20 merkins, 25 Freddie Mercury's, 20 squats. Second corner- 10 under dogs, 10 pull ups, 10 step ups each leg, 20 dips. Third corner- 15 crab cakes, 20 Carolina dry docks, forth corner- 25 wonder bras, 20 pickle Pumpers, 20 wife Pleasers. We also had a band stand block party. 15 bench press, 15 squats, 20 merkins on the block.
