The Thang

We met at The Bridge since the men’s breakfast followed the beatdown. We did 4 groups of exercises and 20 reps of each. We moseyed from one corner of the parking lot to another where we did 20 reps of Merkens, LBC, Squats, Plank jacks, SSH. Then we NURed to another corner and karoked back. We then did Wide Merkin, American hammers, Alternating Reverse Lunge, Mountain Climbers, Overhead claps. Then we moseyed to another corner where we did Bobby Hurleys, Box cutters, Calf Raises, Forward Lunge, Imperial Walkers. We then moseyed to another corner where we did Motivators starting at 7, Ierken, Planks, Freddie Mercuries, Seal Claps.
