The Thang

17 exercises followed by 76 burpees=1776
100 reps or 100 yards of following (I had people partner up. We did a total of 50 reps in sets of 25 rotating through each exercise twice, so each person did 50 of each exercise):
1. High Knees (bandstand), Merkin, Squat, LBC
2. NUR (Pavillon), Arm Circle, Step Up, American Hammer
3. Sprint (Bandstand), Overhear Clap, Lunge, Plank Jack
4. Side Shuffle (Playground), Dips, Mountain Climbers, Flutter Kicks
5. Bear Crawl on the bank, 76 Mountain Climber + Jump Squat Combo/burpees

Circle of Trust

Porkchop is finally able to go in for his hernia surgery. He just had the slight detour of open heart surgery which is recovering well from! His hernia surgery is on Wednesday, July 9th. Bedbug has to have a second surgery on his hand. It will be on July 14th.
