The Thang
The conversation surrounding the beatdown was the 10 best, healthiest foods to eat. They were as follows: chia seeds, high quality eggs, avocados, green tipped bananas, "S" fish (sardines, wild salmon scallops), grass-fed beef, organic blueberries, nuts and seeds, beans and lentils, and organic salad greens.
We started at the main field going up the three-headed monster (that big hill with 3 levels) and circling back around, applying 4, 8, and 12 reps at each level, a different exercise with each rotation. The exercises were merkins, squats, lunges, LBCs, planks. Sounds simple enough but seems like we were all well worn by the end of the morning.
