Warm up

SS hops, Grass pickers, , Abe Vagotas, Murkins, Mountain Climbers, shoulder Taps, Bone Fish using two parking spaces each starting off with 1) side shuffling the ends and sprinting the length,  2) side shuffling the ends then Karaoke the length, 3) side shuffling the ends then boo boo Bear crawled the ends.  Finished warm up with SS hops and stretching.

 

the “Thang “

We ran a total of 2.4 miles. During the Run, we stopped every 1- 200 yards and did 12 Burpees. We stopped 8 times finishing the last 3 stops with Burpees with a jump shot in Honor of Kobe Bryant. We totaled 100  Burpees , finishing with 6 minutes of Mary ( dealers choice Ab workouts at the shovel flag. Finished with Countarama, NameOrama and Circle of trust.
