Conditions: It was a dry, warm, wind protected environment, but became a little humid with a comfortable temperature of 72 degrees.
Warm-a-Rama: Spent 30 minutes effectively warming up selecting a few F3 Exicon exercises and performing a high intensity warm-up, followed by a brief stretch.
“Thang/Mary:” Completed IC Week 1 with a few modifications up. 30# dumbbells used for all squats and back step lunges (10 on each leg = 20 total lunges). 25# ruck sack used for all Merkins and Burpees. 15# dumbbell used for all American Hammers. Held Hollow Body for all Flutter Kicks. Completed 6 rounds in 40 minutes for a total of 660 reps of all exercises.
