Dr. Seuss’ 50th

Lady Glittersparkles was in attendance for Dr. Seuss’ 50th workout. Also a welcome back Kotter to Rockstar.

Warm-up: jogging, shuffling, skipping, karaoke, high knees, butt kickers in the parking lot. Also SSH, Vigodas, grass pickers, huggy bears, Morroccan sun gods, and a few stretches.
Thing 1- Mosey to football field for Marine field day. Amnesia is an active duty Marine. He set up exercise course that included sprinting, low crawl, bear crawl, backwards jog, two- footed broad jump, duck walk, and fireman’s carry. Mosey to stage for Thing 2.
Thing 2 – Weight resistance water jugs training included reps of 20 – skull crushers, “100’s,” flys, curls, donkey kicks, wonderbras, and rows. Cadence exercises included: the dirty hook-up, crab humpers, monkey humpers, pickle pushers, and another round of the wonderbra. Mosey to volleyball court for Thing 3.
Thing 3: Sand pit exercises included, Merkins, mountain climbers, shoulder taps and Peter Parkers. Indian run back to shovel flag.
Five minutes of Mary at shovel flag.

Only ten penalty burpies awarded when Lady Glittersparkles touched the ground once.
