Plank Jacks
Mosey over to the basketball court and then a lap around the path circling the basketball court.
Partner up for a Doracide 1 -2 – 3!
Partners completed 100 Merkins, 200 Big Boy Sit-ups and 300 Squats on the basketball court. While one partner was doing the prescribed exercise the other partner did heart chargers with a flying squirrel at half court and at the far end of the court!
Mosey over to the bathrooms where the PAX assumed the plank position and then each PAX took a turn holding BTTW while counting to 10 (while the others continued to hold plank).
Mosey back over to the flag where we had about 30 seconds for some quick LBCs!
