Assuming disclaimer was invoked by Uptown Girl because YHC was late.

Warm up: Mosey to north parking lot followed by dealer’s choice cadence exercises.  Exercises included Peter Parkers, mountain climbers, shoulder taps, grass pickers, and probably a few others that I missed because I was late.  Also 30 squats OYO.  Mosey to east parking lot.

Movement #1: Dora. Partner exercise.  While Partner A does Merkins, Partner B jogs to pull-up station, does three pull-ups, then jogs back to Partner A.  They swap places and continue cumulative count of Merkins.  When cumulative count reaches 100, the exercise is complete.

Movement #2:  Share My Troubles.  Each PAX  is given a cone with an exercise on it except one.  They form a circle with the coneless man in the middle.  Each member begins exercise proscribed on the cone while the man in the middle begins burpees.  When a PAX completes his cone exercise he replaces the man in the middle and continues the cumulative count of burpees.  The man in the middle goes to the open cone and completes that exercise.  Exercise is complete when cumulative count of burpees reaches 200.  Mosey to block station.

Movement #3: Blocks.  2 cycles of 10 back rows each arm, 10 shoulder/military presses, 10 curls, and lunge walk for eight parking spaces with block raised overhead.  Mosey to shovel flag.

Stretching instead of Mary. Good mumble chatter during stretching.
