CATTY CORNER CHALLENGE

The 3 usual ranch hands posted for a fun chilly, windy beatdown.

We did a tour around the corners of the parking lot, high knees, bear crawl, butt kickers, crab walk. Exercising at each corner.

Next we moseyed from corner to corner around the perimeter of the park. We exercised at each corner for a total of 360 LBCs, 150 CDDs and a bonus exercise at each corner, Bobby Hurley’s, reach throughs, more Dry docks.

Returning to the park the show must go on, so balls to the wall, step ups and dips at the stage. Then closing out at the parking lot we side shuffled, skipped, kareoked and moseyed.

Then a round of Mary and Cot, we prayed for Zena’s health, Dropbox’s kids stuck at home, transition back to work and all the mom’s and wives for mother’s day

Then coffee, Q source and best of all fellowship. Thx men a true privilege to Q my first work out at the Ranch.
