A cool but perfect morning for a run. (Real Feel 34 degrees). Today’s workout was set-up with an interval routine. It also included a Burpee Forgiveness act for Shirley upon completion of a Full Starsky by Humvee. Since Humvee showed up at the end of the workout with a full pot of coffee, the Burpee Forgiveness Act goes into the effect for all PAX that showed up late.
