Bringing Tunes to the Chieftain

As a millennial, YHC needs to have his tunes while working out

arm circles, circle arms, stretching, grass pickers, SSHs

YHC needed a little tour of the beautiful and large park, so a mosey around the various fields was in order before the thang.

Instructions were given that this was this was an old workout that I Q’d back on my 30th birthday. A playlist of 30 one minute songs was created with a top song from each year from 1990 to 2019. First 10 songs, the exercise was 10 merkins, followed by amrap squats until the minute was up. A variety of merkins was thrown in to keep it interesting. All PAX also learned about various life events of Spike by year. After 10 songs, an active recovery of lunge walks.

Next 10 songs was all core, 10 sit ups into American Hammers. After another active recovery lunge walk, the final 10 songs consisted of 5 burpees into reverse lunges. Plenty of sweat was shed by all.
