run around Fleetwood Park
workout:
split into two groups
group one had their age of merkins to hand out to the group. (Close to 300 total)
group two had their age worth of squats to hand out to the group (close to 400 total)
each PAX member could hand out reps of whatever increments of they wanted until they handed their age worth
in between handouts of reps, we did a rotation of 6”, flutter kicks, and scissor kicks
we then did an edu-plank, 3rd lesson this week about studying.
ended with an approximate 1/8 mile bear crawl
