The Thang
Chumbawumba
To the song, Tubthumper by Chumbawumba, we SSHed, then every time they sang, “I get knocked down, but I get up again” we did a burpee. While not doing burpees, we continuously did SSH. In the end, we did about 27 burpees.
The CLIMB
C = Crab cake…L = Lunge…I = Imperial walker squats…M = Mountain Climber…B = Burpee. We laddered up through each rotation: round 1= 1C,2L,3I,4M and 5B then 2,4,6,8,10 then 3,6,9,12,15, then exhaustion set in.
Burp Back Mountain
A punishing full body exercise using the hill. The exercise was performed by pairing up with a PAX proceeding to bear crawl up the hill/forward then ran down the hill while the other person was performing burpees. PAX continued to alternate running with burpees until 100 total burpees were completed.
Hot Lap
Mosey with PAX choice exercises at each corner 30x30x30 jog, run, sprint.
We did leaf pile hops to the shovel flag.
