Bartram Trail Run

Another beautiful Spring morning…great day for a run.

YHC decided to keep it simple and keep the workout primarily to a straightforward run and promised as much to the General who agreed to join us.  It was good to have him back, as well as Ditto who I haven’t seen since February.

Warm-a-rama: Arm Circles, Trunk rolls, Abe Vigoda, Grass Pickers, Best Stretch Ever, Calf Stretch, Imperial Walkers.

The Thang:

2 miles out on the Bartram Trail and 2 miles back for a full 4-mile run.  Along the way we added a few exercises including a Lunge Walk across the railway bridge, Merkins, Overhead Press with various-sized rocks, and Carolina Dry Docks.

COT: prayers for friends and family dealing with various health issues ranging from heart surgery to cancer.

Some of the PAX stopped by Four Twelve for some take out and met up at the local church for coffeeteria at the picnic tables.

It was a thoroughly enjoyable morning spending time with these guys.
