Balancing bear blasts past 50

Dynamite hit his 50th workout at a blazing pace and was graced with keeping sweet lady glittersparkles off the tarmac. Somehow he was managing to balance Lady Glittersparkles on his back for some of the bear crawl. We stayed under cover for most of the beatdown to keep our paws dry.

The Thang – In pavilion

4 Bear Crawl exercises w/ some random exercises in between.

1. Boo boo bear crawl – left foot and right foot length of pavilion.     Then Side plank w/ feet sandwiching a bench seat – drop bottom foot to ground and back up -15 each side. Dynamic squats 20IC

2. Bear Brawl – about 30 yards and flap jack w/ partner.    Iron Mikes 10IC and then hold static “bull dog” stance while partner pushes you around

3. Killer Bs – bear crawl length of pavilion and then broad jump back w/ 3 burpees every 3 jumps.   Steps up w/ high knee at top 20 each side

4. Bear crawl ring of fire with each pax doing 10 Wide, Regular, Diamond Merkin.

BTTW w/ each PAX taking a turn for short sprint.
